My grandma’s Kita with greens

Ingredients: Greens
1 Large bunch of Chinese broccoli (or the alternative greens list below)
1 Large onions
8-10 cloves of minced garlic
6 tbsp or 80ml of oil
Salt according to your test
1-2 medium jalapeno (optional)

Ingredients: Kita
3 cups of corn flour 408g of corn flour
1 tsp of salt (or less depends on your test) 6g of salt
2 1/3 cups of cold water 580ml of cold water

For Greens: you can use any leafy greens, i.e., kale, swiss chard (silver beets), collard greens, mixture of kale and swiss chard, mixture of kale and cabbage, spinach etc
For kita: You can use any whole grain flours or any legume flours
Wouldn’t recommend any refined flour (since we are not using any raising agent, you will end up with hard chewy kita)
