5 Garlic (minced)
1 cup Firm Tofu (cut into small squares)
2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Berbere
-Add oil to hot pan then add onions and mix, add garlic and mix. After about two min add tofu and berbere spice and gently fold tofu into the sauce. Close the lid and and let fry for 5-7 minutes while stirring every few min.
-Once tofu and onions have fried add salt and jalapeños
-Garnish with avocado
