This is an easy and delicious Ethiopian breakfast dish. Very simple to make and you may garnish as you wish.

——-Ingredients ———-
4 cloves of garlic (chopped) ๐Ÿง„
1/3 cup of water ๐Ÿ’ฆ
3 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup of tomato puree ๐Ÿฅซ
1/8 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon berbere
1 can organic beans
2 tablespoon salt ๐Ÿง‚

—–For garnish ——-
1/2 pepper finely chopped pepper ๐ŸŒถ
1 tablespoon of feta cheese ๐Ÿง€
1 tablespoon cilantro ๐ŸŒฟ
5 baby tomatoes sliced in half ๐Ÿ…

*Notes
Berbere- the less of this spice that you use, the less spicy the dish will be.

——–Instructions ————-
On medium heat, add oil, tomato puree and garlic and mix well. After about 3 min add mustard and berbere and mix well. Add beans to the dish (I like to mash about half while they are cooking.) After about two min add water mix and cover the pan. Once the beans start to boil add a little more oil and mix and cover. Add salt and mix well. After about two min remove pan from heat. Let the dish cool down and then add to a bowl and garnish.
