How about some Ethiopian cuisine to spice up your life.
I can’t imagine this was my first try to make this meal that I honestly looovveee!!

Ingredients for the Spice Blend:
1/2 tspn Cumin
1/4 tspn Nutmeg
1/2 tspn Black Pepper
1/4 tspn Turmeric
1 tbspn Chilli Flakes {2 or more tbspn according to your palate}
2 tbspn Paprika
1 tspn Ginger Powder
1 tspn Onion Powder
1/2 tspn Garlic Powder
1/4 tspn All spices (Mixed Spices)
3/4 tspn Cardamom
1/2 Ground Cloves
1 tspn Ground Coriander
1/2 tspn Cinnamon

Ingredients for the Beef Stew:
1kg Beef
2 Onions
1/2 tspn Black Pepper
5 cloves of Garlic
1 tbspn Berbere
2tbspn Tomato paste
1/2 tspn Sugar
2 Cups Beef Stock or 2 Cups Water and Beef Cube.
Salt to taste
