1 large onion chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
Bell peppers (optional)
2 tsp of berbere
2-3 tbsp. of oil
6 cloves of minced garlic
Salt to your test
1/4 of hot water
Injera (if you happen to have the injera in the fridge or freezer, just warm it on non stick frying pan or microwave till it’s soft before crumbling into the sauce).
