This is a classic Ethiopian dish. It’s spicy, sweet and delicious! Also, very easy to make.

—–I n g r e d i e n t s
1 cup flower
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon berbere
1 tablespoon oil

—-D i r e c t i o n s
Add flower and salt into mixing bowl and slowly add the water. Mix everything until you get pancake batter consistency. Add oil and batter to a hot pan (make sure to flatten the batter as shown in the video). Remove from pan when you see brown spots on both sides. Allow bread to cool then chop into small/medium squares. Add chopped bread pieces to a bowl, add oil and berbere and mix well. Once all the pieces are mixed well add to a plate. Garnish with mixed nuts and honey.

For the pancake we used @Birch Benders Paleo pancake mis. The steps to make this version are exactly the same except you do not have to add salt.
