Ingredients for the red lentils stew
250 grm red lentils washed and soaked
About 3 onions chopped
3 tbs berbere(ethiopian red pepper powder)
1tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
Salt to taste
Quarter cup oil
Hot water

For the yellow lentils stew
250 grm red lentils
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
Quarter cup oil
Salt to taste
Hot water
