With a wide range of cultures and over 300 languages spoken in the city, London is the most diverse and exciting food capital in the world.
In this video I tried East African food for the first time and went to an Ethiopian restaurant in Kings Cross called Addis.
Addis: After being recommended Addis by an Uber driver I went down and tried Ethiopian food for the first time. I had the Addis special which is; Injera (a sour fermented flatbread) topped with chicken, lamb and veg. Cottage cheese mixed with spinach (AYEB BE GOMEN), Deep fried tilapia (Samak Muhamar) and Ethiopian beer (Zebidar). I was really impressed with the variety but would suggest if you haven’t been before to go in a group as it’s a lot of food!
Addis is located in kings cross 5 min walk from the station. Address: 40-42 Caledonian Rd, N1 9DT.
We hope you enjoyed this video. Don’t forget to give it a like and share it with your friends and fam so they know some more places to go in London.
